Leadership
Ron Rizzotti is the principal of Terminus Group, LLC. Prior to establishing Terminus Group, Ron was employed as a senior city planner for over 10 years at both agencies responsible for regulating land use and development in New York City, the Department of City Planning and Board of Standards and Appeals. Here he gained invaluable knowledge while drafting numerous zoning text amendments and working on hundreds of various discretionary zoning and land use development proposals.
During this time Ron was exposed to the inner workings of not only the agencies he was employed at, but also the other land use agencies involved with facilitating a project’s approval, such as the Department of Buildings, Landmarks Preservation Commission, and Department of Environmental Protection. His knowledge of the complex nuances of these agencies, as well as the relationships established throughout his tenure, is an asset for anyone looking to expedite their real estate project.
Ron is a member of the American Planning Association, a board member of the Building Industry Association of New York City, and an allied member of the American Institute of Architects. He received his B.A. in Urban Studies and Planning from the University at Albany, and M.S. in Urban Affairs from Hunter College.
